TomTom GO 730 Comes with a Clear Difference

With a view to position itself above other GPS manufacturers, TomTom has been working round the clock designing new applications and has been building a foundation for some powerful community-driven navigation features, and this is the year they really start to harness that power.  Now, all the GPS devices that are produced including the TomTom GO 730 come with new and improved features.

Worthy of mentioning is what the company called Map Share, which lets its customers instantly modify street names, street direction, and custom locations called points of interest (POIs) on their own devices, then upload them to TomTom's HOME network and download changes made by all of the other users. The new IQ Routes enable users to calculate routes using the actual recorded average speeds of travel to calculate their trips rather than posted speed limits, giving them an extremely accurate prediction of how long any given route will actually take at any given time.

Also new is the Advanced Lane Guidance that makes difficult junctions easy to navigate. The GO 730 also comes with some improved old features which include "Help Me" emergency menu, Bluetooth, FM Transmitter among host of other features that could be found in older models.
