Vulocity Mileage Logger is a Cool GPS Mileage Tracker

Keeping all those paper records of how many miles you've traveled could really be a thorn in the flesh. Vulocity Mileage Logger takes care of that for you with the flip of a switch. Using GPS, Vulocity Mileage is a dedicated GPS device built specifically to track mileage, it keeps track of your location and counts the miles, and then sends that info via wireless data network to its servers. The Mileage Logger is a small and efficient device that plugs into your car's lighter power adapter. The system takes the concept of a tracklog recorder one step further by using a cellular radio to transmit your logs automatically to the Vulocity servers. You can then login to your account to review the miles, run reports, and view maps of where you've been. Designed to record using motion activation, the device needs absolutely no human interaction to start a session before driving off in your vehicle and ends the session after the vehicle is parked. Conveniently, the device has a small panic button on the side that will alert family members or a dispatcher with a phone call or text message in any occurrence of trouble. The device does not have to be removed from the vehicle, but can be portable using a rechargeable battery. At $250 for the GPS receiver/wireless transmitter and $15 a month, and you pay $20 if you want logging plus live tracking capability which implies that you pay a minimum amount of $430 for a year.
